Sunrise Shores is a recently renovated 2-bedroom, 2-full bath oceanfront condo in the Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach — one of the more relaxing stretches of shoreline tucked between the bustle of Myrtle Beach proper and the charm of North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy unobstructed ocean views from every exterior window, and a private covered balcony where you can watch the sunrise with your morning coffee or wind down with the sound of the waves crashing at sunset. The space is intentionally appointed with kitchen and bath essentials. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you need to prepare a family meal or warm up your leftovers. We host the same way we like to be hosted — in an impeccably clean, cozy and thoughtfully designed space that feels like it's actually a home and not a hotel room. Sleeping accommodations are set up with families in mind: - Primary bedroom with Queen bed and en suite bath - Secondary bedroom with one Queen bed and Twin bunk beds - Full size sleeper sofa with upgraded foam mattress located in the living room There are two outdoor pools on the property when you need a break from the waves, and coin laundry is located onsite so you're not hauling sand-soaked towels home in a suitcase.

Shore Drive sits in the sweet spot of Myrtle Beach — close to everything without feeling like you're in the middle of it. A few highlights: - Apache Pier — A short walk away, great for fishing and catching our stunning sunrises - Ocean Annie's Beach Bar — Just 200 yards up the beach, Annie's is a hot spot for live music, great drinks and beach bar vibes - The Swash — Running along the back side of our building, this quiet tidal inlet is home to pelicans, herons and other local wildlife - Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach — All within easy reach and a short drive when you're ready to venture out The A Place at the Beach III complex is small, quiet and quaint — giving it that comfortable familiarity that keeps guests coming back year after year. Pro Tip: If you're booking during peak season (mid-May through mid-September) and not seeing availability, try switching your check-in date to a Saturday — during this time we only accept Saturday-Saturday reservations. Parking pass for one vehicle is provided. Additional parking pass requests are subject to approval by the HOA and cannot be guaranteed during peak season. It's a more residential, laid-back stretch of shoreline that attracts repeat visitors for a reason. Steps from the Condo: Apache Pier for fishing and sunrise watching, and Ocean Annie's Beach Bar just 200 yards up the beach for live music and cold drinks. The Swash — a quiet tidal inlet running along the back of the building — is home to pelicans, herons and the kind of wildlife you don't expect to find this close to a beach resort. For everything else: Kroger is on your way in (9610 N Kings Hwy at Lake Arrowhead Rd), Bimini's Oyster Bar is our go-to for a local meal (930 Lake Arrowhead Rd), and Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach are all an easy drive when you're ready to venture out. Myrtle Beach International (MYR) is about 15 minutes away. Flying into Charlotte or Raleigh? Budget roughly 2–2.5 hours by car.
